1. Add lanaguage codes instead of language name
2. Mention enumeration or free text
3. ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 standard for country codes
4. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_states_and_territories_of_the_United_States
5. Use two letter abbreviation for state
6. Return error messages properly(e.g. Language list)
7. Would it be possible for you to change response to something like :
