Pre-requisites :
1.Create the document with Form type : Reference and no fields should be mapped

Steps :
1.Send the document
2.Enter email address
3.Preview the document
4.System is showing Email Address not present, unable to preview

Expected : Even though the fields are mapped while creating document of Reference form type, Form should be previewed.
