          One cannot make out the exact issue details with one liner description.

          In this jira, as no environment is mentioned, I cannot make out on which environment to check this.

          Analysis done.

          I analyzed this and had shared my update with Swapnil.

          As the performance is based on number of PDF, if number of PDF is less, preview comes quickly. The Timeout set on PDF is by default 1min. So if more PDF's are selected and PDF takes time, then it gives timeout error..

          Swapnil told me to keep this on hold as of now
