      Description

      Overview:
      UX to add new field to template creation page for "File Type", with options of PDF or HTML.

      Entry:

      • User navigates to create a document temlpate.
      • User sees field for File Type and indicates which type of file it is.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      *IF I am creating a template, I am able to indicate 'File Type'.

      • IF I see File Type, I have the option to choose PDF or HTML.
      • IF I have indicated it is an HTML template, the proper display behavior happens when using this template.

      Exit:
      *User saves template and exits.
