As we are not making the placeholder text lighter but we are going to remove all placeholders from input boxes. So for this, I have created a new task DMS-1016.

Hi Narendra Kumar,

As per discssed, There should be no placeholder for Textboxes as Aruna mentioned and for dropdowns, keep placeholder with the same color as of text coming at place of placeholder.  Can you please update the all placeholders as per that.

Hi Namrata Kakade, There should be no placeholder for Textboxes as per mockups. For dropdowns, we have placeholder with the same color code as of text coming at place of placeholder.

We have updated placeholder color as per mockups, please suggest me color code to make placeholder color lighter than the written text color.
