      Description

      The Form Preview page while sending forms is not getting loaded when page is refreshed.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Send Forms
      3. Enter details and click on Preview Form
      4. Refresh the Preview Page
      5. Error occurs
