            This issue not reproducing now. This might occurred due to incorrect data and now data of email template is corrected. Please and let us know if you face any issue.

            Steps:

            1. Clone Template
            2. Save
            3. Already exits message
            4. Change language > OK
            5. Save
            6. Already existing popup message have incorrect text.

            Language id for Spanish and French was written interchangeably. Corrected that now.
