DMS | Clone Email Template | Unable to create clone template even though Template with same name doesn't exits

      Description

      Environment: PreProd

      Steps:

      1. Select any Template
      2. Clone Template
      3. Save
      4. Successful message > Ok
      5. Again Save > Already exits message > Ok
      6. Now, change the Template name > Save
      7. Already exits messages appears

      Actual: The template with new name doesn't exits verified with MYSQL.
