UI Refresh - Add Employee - Getting server error on adding employee

      Description

      Log in as SA, CORE HR module only visible on UI Refresh
      select UI Refresh company
      Click on Add employee from COR HR curtain
      Provide all details
      Click on Save button

      Actual result - Gives server error, refer attached files
      expected result - Should create employee and provide credentials.

      NOTE - Core HR module is not visible to Partner/CA login.

            From, error log it is identified that scripts are not executed properly.
            " The stored procedure '[dbo].[OES_SP_Insert_EmployeeSource]' doesn't exist "
            Please check this with deployment team.

            Employee is sucessfully added by CA.
