NF:- Credit Pool General Information :- Apply Premium Rounding Rules field not displaying validation message if kept empty

      Description

      Steps:-
      1] Log into the system with valid credentials on AZURE site
      2] Search and select QA Test1 company.
      3] Click on Manage Credit Pool option from Benadmin curtain
      4] Now edit any credit pool from grid
      5] Do not select any option for Apply premium rounding rules field and click on Update button

      Actual Result:-
      No validation message is being displayed for this field if kept empty

      Expected Result:-
      Validation message should be displayed for this field if kept empty and updated.
