Scenario 1
Log in to azure as partner
select UiRefresh QA Test1
go to OnBoard - Tour Builder
Click on Add new tour
do not provide details and click on Save and observe the page

Actual Result -
1] Welcome message is not marked mandatory and if kept blank allow to save tour
2] No validation message shown for Tour Type
expected Result -
1] Welcome message should be marked mandatory and should show validation message (i.e. Tour Description should not be blank)
2] validation message should be shown for Tour Type (i.e. The Tour Type field is required)

NOTE - if we save tour without selecting tour type and filling other details getting server error
