      Description

      Replication Steps :

      1) Partner Login
      2) Navigate to Rate Details Page
      3) Create Rate For Transit Benefit
      4) Again open Same Rate

      Issue : Some Fields are displayed in disabled format.

            Some Fields are displayed in properly for Transit.
