1.Login as Employee
2.Travrse preboard tour
3. Go to Demographic page
4.enter all mandatory field and click on save

Actual result: Error message occur for Gender field as "Gender field is required" as it is mandatory field but not able to select gender because this field is disabled
Expected result: Gender field should be enable

same issue occur for Onboard tour, offboard tour and crossboard tour
