      Description

      Replication Steps :

      1) Partner Login
      2) Navigate to Rate Details Page
      3) Create one Self Insured Rate
      4) Add monthly Cost for Employee tier and different Billable Component cost for same tier

      Issue : Rate saved . Ideally it should displayed validation message like as 'Health Tier [Employee] : Sum of Billable Component(s) and Monthly Rate must be same.'
