      browser:IE 11

      1.Login as Partner
      2.Home->company home->tour builder
      3. Go to Define Eligibility tab
      4.click on "Select logical condition" drop down list

      Issue: cursor occurs on all drop down listed below:
      1.select logical condition
      2.select criteria field
      3.select criteria rule
      4.opening and closing bracket drop down list
      5.Determine Eligibility using zip code
