Error message not showing for Confirm PIN Page | On Self Serve Mode

      Environment:Azure
      Employee Login
      Username: 7000763
      Password:Apple$1234 (Change if it is required)
      Company: UiRefresh QA Test 1
      Replication Steps:
      1) Login with employee credentials
      2) Start with self serve mode.
      3) Continue till confirm PIN page
      4) Enter PIN detail in enter field (for e.g: 112266)
      5) Enter confirm detail in confirm field (for e.g.: 225566)
      7) Click on save and continue button

      Actual : It is not showing any error message for wrong confirm PIN
      Expected: It should show error message for wrong PIN
