      Description

      Log in to Azure
      select City of Irvine for HSPL
      Go to ACA -> Settings -> ACA 1095C Corrections tab
      Edit exisitng record from grid or search any employee

      Actual Result - Part II (Employee Offer and coverage) and Part III is shown as disabled
      Expected Result - Part II and Part III should not be shown as disabled
