Issue: localisation rule is not apply to all pages
steps:
Login as Partner-> company home-> benadmin-> employer administration->localisation setting
excepted result: All date field format should be changed according to localisation rule
actual result: date field format not changed according to localisation rule

Hi,
The localization changes only work for Employee level. They will not reflect for other roles.
In case you need to change the formats for partner/broker and admin, the changes need to be done from respective screens.
