      Azure - UIRefresh QA Test1 - SA Login

      In TourBuilder, while previewing a tour, Save button is displayed under forms. Do not show this in preview. Please refer to implementation on stage/production and show 'Continue-Reset-Back' buttons, as applicable. PFA screen shots
