      Description

      Log in to azure as partner
      select company city of irvine for HSPL
      go to ACA - Measurement and stability
      edit exiting rule
      click on Add rule button
      provide details and click on save

      actual result - pop up ui is not proper
      expected result - pop up UI should be proper
