Issue: Scroll bar not working
Steps:
Partner login > Form builder > Drag component > Setting > Field rule Engine > Select scroll lower arrow > it doesn't work
Similarly, the thumb also doesn't work on mouse select.
The issue exist for highlighted fields and on Up-Down arrows and scroll thumb. Screen capture attached with jira.
