      environment: LB
      Company: UK Benefits
      Login: Partner

      Steps:
      login as partner-> company home-> benadmin home-> customizer-> benefit library-> add/change plan design-> view plan summary

      expected result:
      plan effective date, plan termination date and open enrolment date should be in YYYY/MM/DD format

      actual result: plan effective date, plan termination date and open enrolment date in MM/DD/YYYY format
