El Dorado - Employee - UI - Rate issue

      Description

      El Dorado - evans5823 Employee UI El Dorado does not show rates in Stage / Production.  In Azure, the rates do not show when you click on Enroll but then do show the amounts on plan summary.

            Description El Dorado - Employee Functional The Medical, Dental and Vision are tier matched for El Dorado.  When I elected the medical, it correctly enrolled me in the same tier in Dental and Vision.  The problem is the system then allowed me to go into the Dental and Vision plans, change my tier and enroll in a different tier successfully.  Stage shows an error when you try to do so.             Hi Jennifer Leugers,

            Verified above issue on Azure.

            Now, Enrollment Cost are not displayed on Enroll Now Screen and Curtain if we doesn't customize Enrollment Cost from Site Branding and Configuration - Other Configuration - Enrollment Cost Setting.

            I have added one change request Jira NF-2629 for Change in Curtain heading.

            Rest are working Fine.

            QA Comments - As the costs were not customized for Admin and Employee log in from Configure Site menu, EE and ER costs were not shown to Admin / Employee (those were shown for Partner log in).
            I have configured them now on El Dorado - Azure. Given employee can view the EE and ER costs on Enroll Now as well as on Confirmation Statement page.
