CLONE - El Dorado - Employee Functional - FSA Plan contingent issue

      Description

      El Dorado - evans5823 Employee Functional I was enrolled in the HMO plan and waived the FSA plan.  When I then enrolled in the HDHP plan, it kept the waive on the FSA plan even though I'm no longer eligible for the plan. 

      Expected - The waive should have been removed and it should have shown I am not eligible for the benefit.

          QA Comments - As per the implementations of contingency - System will not show any types / plans on enrollment screen if Employees are not satisfying the Classes / Statuses / Additional Eligibility / Zip eligibility set over respective plans.
          When employee fulfills above Eligibility & Contingency - Employee will not be seeing any contingency messages - employee will be able enroll into respective plans
          When employee fulfills above Eligibility but not Contingency - Employee will be seeing the respective contingency messages - once employee also fulfills the Contingency Criteria - employee will be able enroll into respective plans

          Verified on Azure.

          Now, FSA plan is not eligible for employee on enrolled in HDHP Plan
          Working Fine.
