Steps:
1. Login as SA/Partner, and add new hire employee with 'Date of Employment' 6 days after today.
2. Pre-Board window period is kept 5 days and New hire window is kept 30 days.
3. Login as employee.

Actual Results : Employee is taken to dashboard and displayed a incorrect message 'Currently there are no tours available. Please log in to the system on your joining date for the next action'. Here, on click of the 'ok' button, employee logs out.

Expected Result : Message says that '...log in to the system on your joining date'. This line should be corrected. Here, employee is eligible for Preboard tour from next day as preboard window starts from tomorrow. This line should be '...log in to the system on tomorrow. ie 7/12/2017 '
