      Description

      Environment - Stage
      Company - TSR Demo Compay

      Steps:
      1] Add new employee through API.
      2] Login with this newly added employee and start traversing the assigned tours.
      3] When employee is on W-4 for observe following issues:

      Issue 1] "State" drop down is read only, employee is not bale to select the value.
      Issue 2] Save "Withholding Category” and “Exemption Status” values , these values are not getting save.
