I9 form >> Return button visible on selecting Reset button while managing employee.

      Description

      In Partner login, while managing a employee, on I9 form, if Reset button selected, Return button displayed. PFA screen shots.

      In addition to above issue, if 'Reason For Return' is entered and Return button pressed, nothing happens except loader graphics displayed for a while.
