      Description

      This issue is observed in Employee login and Admin/Partner logins. This is also observed on I-9 approval status screen.

      In Preparer and/or Translator Certification section, in 'State' field, default value is displayed as AK. Plus, in list, there is no default value as '---Select State--'.
      In Section I 'State' field, default value is '---Select State--' and it is also available in list. PFA screen shots.
