Requirement:
Forgot password scenario for Employee, Admin & Partner/Broker users using Bot Framework.
Implementation:
We have covered Forgot Password scenario of Workterra site using Microsoft Bot framework. This covers scenarios for Employee, Company Admin, Partner / Broker roles.
Bot component will be available on Forgot Password page and will guide user to recover his / her password as per user's inputs and interactions. On successful completion- a password recovery email will be sent to requesting user's email address.
