As per the discussion with Vijayendra, the status icon is as per the material design for new UI. This icon cannot be same as OLD UI.

As we are not giving any fix for this issue,we are converting this to support activity.

As discussed with Sachin Hingole , if the icon cannot be same as old UI , can we add text for status, whether Employee is finalized or Non Finalized .

Not sure if I am following the discussion correctly. Will you mind if my assumption of how it works and what the team is proposing is correct? (see screenshot)

If so, I will like to propose to differentiate the tick and cross more (when same colour, you cannot tell without close scrutiny), and/or perhaps also reflect the status in text below the icon. Will that be doable?

Currently, all font icons are getting managed through Theme. We are using Link text color for all icons. So each font icon is appearing with same color.

UX team is checking feasibility to create such icon in existing architecture. We will update you on this once we get details.

Vijayendra Shinde Thank you for checking and coordinating. If the colour differentiation will be difficult to achieve, then we can go with the team's proposal (same colour but showing check and cross) but add the status name of Finalized or Unfinalized below the icon (assuming if it takes less work). Appreciate it.

Hi Jyoti Agrawal,

I had discussion with Diana Wong about placement of text relative to Icon and decided to keep text after icon. That will look good and will not increase height of row.

One suggestion came. We need to minimize spacing between Icon and "Finalized"/"Unfinalized" text.
