      Description

      Azure, SA login, IE11

      In SA login, in IE11, below Issues observed with html text editor In Banner Text, Widget 2 - Description and Widget 3 - Description.

      1. Once Text Formatting applied to text string, it is not getting applied to other text.
      2. Functionalities like Horizontal line, Clear formatting, Subscript, Superscript etc are not working.
