      Description

      Azure, SA login

      In SA login, on Summary Page Configuration, while no image is uploaded, message 'Unable to save Summery Configuration data' is displayed on Save button. Here, if image is mandatory, the mandatory message should be displayed for the image.
      This issue is observed for Banner, Widget 1 and Widget 2.
