            Below are the 3C's:
            Concern:-
            New Enrolled Dependent Report - An error has occurred during processinng

            Cause:-
            The fields comparision in Bussiness Logic failed due to mismatch of cases(Upper/Lower case).
            This resulted into incorrect query.

            Correction:-
            Converted all fields into Upper case before comparision to avoid mismatch of cases.

            Files Affected:-
            ReportDetails.vb

            Test Scenario's:-
            Pulled New Enrolled Dependent Report by selecting all combination fo fields.

            Known issue/Existing issue:-
            Select all the fields and perview the report. Now click on move all to Select field.
            Issue 1 - All mandatory fields gets deselected.
            Issue 2 - No validation on preview when no fields selected
            Issue 3 - Dataset on preview of report when no fields selected.
