      Test Environment Name: AZURE
      User details : Verified with OEDB1 (Partner) and SA login
      Steps to repro:-
      1.Click on Global settings.
      2.Select OE dashboard.
      3.Click on export
      4.Make invalid changes in File (Insert alphanumerical values in OE date)
      5.Click on OE dashboard IMPORT
      6.Click on OK button

      Actual results : - Error descriptions content is getting appended on downloaded Bad file
