No other benefit Plan 's display except Medical after EE login

      Description

      Step:-
      1.login with EE
      2.Start OE
      3. Visit to Enroll Now page
      4.Enrolled into Medical Plan
      5.Application enable Dental plans
      6.Now Waive Dental plan
      7.Log out from application
      8.Again login with same EE
      9.Navigate to Enroll Now page

      Actual- Dental and other benefit type plans except Medical did not display

      Expected - Application should display eligible benefit type plans
