      Description

      Steps to reproduce: Log in as employee (keag09051978 | Password@1 | Kindercare for HSPL). Initiate a Qualifying Event to be routed to QE Workflow’s Enroll now Page.
      Notes: It routed me to qualifying event landing page (with 3 steps, no enroll now). Once I clicked on agreements and click on ‘continue’, the workflow now get updated to 4 steps with enroll now.
      Action: Double check the reason why the Enroll Now step only reflect on acknowledgement of the agreements and moving past landing page.
