Steps to reproduce: Log in as employee (aalamillo | Password@2| MATT). Initiate a Qualifying Event to be routed to QE Workflow’s Enroll now Page.
Notes: For the last plan of ‘Hospital Indemnity Plan, it was ‘Waived’. I tried to click on ‘Keep Waive’ but it simply reloads the plan. I tried to go back one plan but it didn’t work. The video recorded till here. After the recording, I tried to click on Enroll but since it needed approval, the status is in Pending. I am still unable to collapse this plan.
Action: Resolve the reload issue and collapse the plan.
