Steps to reproduce: Log in as employee (copher1018 | Password@2 | City of Bellevue). Initiate a Qualifying Event to be routed to QE Workflow’s Enroll now Page.
Notes: For the benefit type ‘Health Flexible Spending Account’, it was initially ‘Waived’. I opted to enroll to the plan which requires approval. Once enrolled, the logo of the benefit provider within collapsed view become out of scale. When you expand the benefit type, you also see conflicting status of both ‘Waived’ and ‘Pending’.
Action: Resolve the logo issue. Review if we can present the statuses better on expansion.
