Notes: When you expand 'Medical, there is 'Additional Tools' set up on plan. When you click on it, it show 'Forms Library'. However, nothing happens when you click on 'Forms Library'. The corner also reflect the prompt 'javascript:void(0)'. The same error apply on other benefit type.
