Steps to reproduce: Log in as employee (607491613 | Password@1 | CHMC). Click on Enroll Now, select any event and type to be redirected to 'Select Your Benefit Plans' page.
Notes: When you expand ‘Optional Life – Employee’, there is ‘Additional Tools’ set up on plan. When you click on it, it show ‘Forms Library’. However, nothing happens when you click on ‘Forms Library’. The corner also reflect the prompt ‘javascript:void(0)’. The same error apply on other benefit type.
Action: Resolve the javascript error for Forms Library
