      Description

      Steps to reproduce: Log in as employee (copher1018 | Password@2 | City of Bellevue). Initiate a Qualifying Event to be routed to QE Workflow’s Enroll now Page.
      Notes: When you expand ‘Additional Employee Life’, if you were to make changes to the ‘Employee Tobacco Affidavit’, the costing on the table gets updated but the costing on ‘View Cost Details’ remain the old cost
      Action: Resolve the costing inconsistency
