2.OE started
3.Navigate to Enroll Now page
4.Enrolled into Medical plan with effective 01/01/2018
5.Rate for Medical plan is Zero
6.Open new browser and log in with Partner
7.Select company and navigate to rate
8.Make clone of expired rate with Effective date 01/01/2018-12/31/2018
9.Now switch to EE logged browser
10.Open Enroll Now
11.Open Medical plan and click on Keep plan

Actual- Application did not display rate on Enrolled now and From your pocket

Expected- It should display rate
