We have verified this change request on Production for below scenario

1.Employee check/uncheck the checkboxes for dependents from the first plan it should check another plan also with same benefit type - Pass
2.Employee check/uncheck the checkboxes for dependents from the Second/last plan it should check another plan also with same benefit type - Pass

and observed that it's working as expected.

We have verified this change on Azure:

When employee check/uncheck the checkboxes for dependents from first plan then it is getting checked/unchecked for remaining plans as well under same benefit type.

This functionality only works for first plan in health benefits.

We have started testing this on CodeMap (Harbinger Local environment), hence marked item state as "Local Testing".
This is yet not deployed on azure.
