      Credit Pool is not working as expected.

      Company - CHMC For HSPL Testing
      Employee - DENIS AHIMBISIBWE

      Credit Pool is getting allocated to Employee on selection on Medical plan.
      After Allocation Waive Medical enrollment and observe that credit pool is still showing to employee.
      Credit pool is showing at "From your pocket" and on "View Enrollment Summary"
