2.EE with Employemnet Date - 01/01/2017

Step:-
1.Login with EE credential
2.Start OE work flow
3.Navigate to Employee Election
4.Click on I don't want to make changes
5.Navigate to Flexible Benefits
6.Click on Continue
7.Open Medical Waiver Attestation and select I Agree
8.Click on Confirm
9.It Enable other Flex plan
10.Enrolled into Flex plan
11.Navigate to Confirmation page
12.Again back to Medical Waiver Attestation i.e click on Medical Waiver Attestation link
13.Click on I don't want to make changes
14.Click on Continue

Actual - Application expand Medical Waiver Attestation

Expected - It should be in collapse mode
