Scenario is that the client pends qualifying events for approval (in this instance, let’s just say the employee kicked off the marriage event). Once the employee adds the spouse, they then go and change 10 benefits through that QE. When the employer goes in, they have to approve each of the benefit elections within the QE.

What has been asked by multiple employers is the ability to approve the qualifying event as a whole rather than by benefit. So in this scenario, the employer would approve the addition of the spouse and then would have the option to approve all 10 of the benefits that were changed through that QE rather than going election by election.
