Comments: For Confirmation Statement, this is the first time I am seeing Effective Date function. Can we reflect the selected effective date on both the PDF and Print version so if they are saving both, they can differentiate between the copies.

As we tested scenarios on code map we observed that it is not an issue ,it is working fine. Below points are verified on code map.

Hi Ramesh Shinde,
I am not getting Effective Date drop down even though my two modes [OE and NH] are active.
Current Enrollment is getting terminated as expected and future getting enrolled as expected. But drop down of Effective date is missing in flow and through menu.

When multiple modes are available, as per mode available the drop downs are appearing on confirmation Statement. Also, as per the confirmation statement the print copy is also available.
Screen captures for Multiple modes and confirmation statement print as per date is attached with jira. As this is appearing as expected, closing Jira on production.
