Partner - On Cloning Core HR should be selected and cannot be unchecked

      Description

      (1) When adding or cloning a company, Core HR should always be selected and cannot be unchecked since this is the base.

      (2) When editing a company's mapped module under 'Company Information', they should not be able to uncheck Core HR.

      (3) For all the accounts we already have, ensure that Core HR is selected

            We have verified first toe points on CodeMap and observed that it is fix. By using SA and Partner credential.Can you please veeirfy third point?

            We do not have permission to add or clone a company on Production. The fix is working as expected on Codemap, based on this we are closing the Jira.
