Performance- Common Problem on New/Edit Position and Position families pages

      Description

      On Position and Position Families pages Add New functionality is having one common problem .

      Please follow below steps to repro issue:-
      1.Login With SA / Admin.
      2.Go to Performance management.
      3.Click on Position Families or Position
      4.Click on Add New button
      5. Click on middle or down side of Description text area. Here option to enter text is not coming.
      If we click exact below side of Text Area Label (like Description / Summary) then its allowed us to enter text area.

      Same issue is with Edit Pages.
