Steps:-
1] Log into the system using SA credentials.
2] Click on Super Admin Utility from Benadmin curtain
3] Select any company from company drop down field
4] Select Recalculates Rates from Utility Criteria drop down field
5] Now check one rate value from Rates check box list field and observe.

Actual Result:-
System is saving every value checked in the Check box list field. This is very time consuming. Please find attached screen shot
